Refunds and cancellation
How to cancel a subscription, and when you're entitled to a refund.
- • You can cancel at any time: your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then it doesn't renew.
- • You cancel where you bought it: from your Apple account settings for App Store purchases, from Google Play for Android purchases, from the Billing Portal for purchases made on the website. In the app, the subscription page takes you to the right place.
- • Your first payment is covered by the money-back guarantee: if you change your mind within 14 days, write to us at info@cashfulness.com and we'll refund you, no questions asked. The refund goes back to the same payment method you used.
- • If you bought on the App Store or Google Play, Apple and Google handle the payment, and the refund goes through them too: you request it on their website, and we'll help if you need it. If you bought on the website, the seller is Link (Stripe): the receipt and refund go through them, and you can also manage the subscription on link.com.
- • Consumers always keep the right of withdrawal, within 14 days of purchase: how it works is set out in the Terms of Service.
